Whilst you don't need to send us a referral to complete pain klass, we highly recommend you consult with your treating medical practitioner prior to starting pain klass so ensure your pain isn't caused by an undiagnosed medical condition.

How long can I access pain klass for?

We created pain klass to support you. Once you join, you can access pain klass and the community for as long as you like. It's completely up to you. Learn in your own time and enjoy regular content drops designed to help you better self manage your ongoing pain.

My pain isn't that bad - is pain klass necessary?

How long can I access pain klass?

That's a great question! Everyone's experience of pain is different. We teach you the latest research and the very best life skills to self manage pain as naturally as you can when it occurs. If you want to get to know your body better and understand how to quickly address pain (or advocate for yourself when seeking help from loved ones, colleagues or health professionals), pain klass is for you.

Can anyone join pain klass?

How long can I access pain klass?

Another great question! Not everyone is suitable for pain klass. You're eligible to complete pain klass if you've completed a recent medical practitioner review to rule out any undiagnosed medical condition that may be causing your symptoms. It's also important that you're open to making lifestyle adjustments (as needed) to manage your pain, and that you come to klass with a positive, open mindset to maximise your success, as well as the experience of participants around you. Family and friends are also welcome to learn how better to help their loved ones. Together we're here to help women everywhere, overcome the challenge of chronic or persistent pain.

How much is pain klass?

How long can I access pain klass?

Access to pain klass is $279 a year or $24.95/month with an annual commitment. That's less than a coffee a week to access expertly curated pain management content for women. We priced pain klass to ensure it remained accessible. Programs with similar amounts of content retail for thousands, but we wanted to provide a program that helped women everywhere, regardless of their financial situation. We also offer a scholarship program for women suffering severe financial hardship and donate a percentage of profits to support ongoing research into women's pain conditions.

Can I complete pain klass if I have cancer?

How long can I access pain klass?

You're very welcome to join pain klass if you've had cancer or are undergoing treatment. We only ask that you discuss pain klass with your treating medical team to ensure it's safe for you at this particular point in your treatment.
